Ingredients:
FITCH & LEEDES INDIAN TONIC
50ML HENNESSY
25ML SWEET VERMOUTH
15ML LEMON JUICE
15ML SIMPLE SYRUP
MINT SPRIG FOR GARNISH
3 LEMON SLICES FOR GARNISH
Method:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine the Hennessy, sweet vermouth, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic. Garnish with 3 slices of lemon and a fresh mint sprig.
Pesky Hobbit Gin
x Blue Tonic
Ingredients:
FITCH & LEEDES BLUE TONIC
50ML PESKY HOBBIT GIN
6-8 FROZEN BLACKBERRIES
Method:
In a glass filled with ice combine the gin and Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic. Garnish with half a dehydrated grapefruit wheel.
Tanqueray Sevilla x Grapefruit Tonic
Ingredients:
FITCH & LEEDES GRAPEFRUIT TONIC
50ML TANQUERAY SEVILLA GIN
SQUEEZE OF ¼ ORANGE
1 ORANGE WEDGE, FOR GARNISH
Method:
In a glass filled with ice combine the gin and orange juice. Top with Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic and garnish with a chunky wedge of orange.

Grapefruit Tonic
Ingredients:
FITCH & LEEDES GRAPEFRUIT TONIC
50ML EMPIRE GIN
DEHYDRATED GRAPEFRUIT POWDER (OR SUBSTITUTE WITH ANY DEHYDRATED FRUIT POWDER),
FOR THE RIM½ GRAPEFRUIT, FOR
THE RIM

Method:
Rub the rim of a glass with half a grapefruit. On a flat surface evenly sprinkle the dehydrated grapefruit powder. Roll the wet portion of the rim through the powder until well coated. Carefully fill glass with ice and gin, so as not to knock off any of the rim coating.
Top with Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic.
Wild Turkey Bourbon & Indian Tonic
Ingredients:
50ML WILD TURKEY BOURBON
100ML FITCH & LEEDES INDIAN
TONIC WATER
15ML SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE
15ML SIMPLE SYRUP/HONEY/MAPLE
4 DROPS OF BITTERS
ORANGE WEDGE
Method:
Fill Tumbler glass with ice. Add Wild Turkey Bourbon, Lemon Juice, simple syrup and 4 drops of bitters. Muddle ingredients together and top with Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic. Stir and garnish with half an Orange Wedge.
SKYY Vodka &
Soda Water
Ingredients:
50ML SKYY VODKA
200ML FITCH & LEEDES SODA WATER
GRAPEFRUIT ZEST
Method:
In a glass filled with ice combine the SKYY Vodka and Fitch & Leedes Soda water. Garnish with Grapefruit Zest.
